Le Chat - Dark Tortoise/GN-30 Green AR

Unearthed from the Max Pittion archives of the 1940s, Le Chat is a bold reinterpretation of the classic cat-eye. Medium in weight but sharp in presence. The frame dips elegantly at the bridge, with heavy skiving that flows continuously from temple to temple, tracing the upper arc with sculptural intent.

The lens shape is thoughtfully tweaked-- rounded at the bottom with a pronounced TV cut that adds depth without drama. Connections sit high and squared, giving the silhouette a lifted, assertive look.

Triple-riveted brass pins anchor the front, with horizontal doubles at the temple. A hefty 5-barrel hinge ties it all together. The temples run straight before angling down toward the ear, finishing in a squared-off round tip that feels deliberate, not decorative.

Le Chat is all edge and elegance—structured and sculpted with just enough attitude.
